Building security is taken very seriously at Alamo Building Maintenance. Each and every night, all lights will be turned off, appropriate doors will be closed and locked, and the security system will be armed. Only select team members have access to building keys and alarm codes.
Alamo Building Maintenance complies with all local, federal and state regulations according to the rules set forth by the state of Texas. We are fully insured to protect both our interests as well as yours.
Each and every employee of Alamo Building Maintenance is made familiar to their surroundings and what to do in case of an emergency prior to site placement. We constantly provide training on new equipment and access to MSDS sheets for cleaning chemicals. In addition, some of our customers require our employees to undergo individual training at their facility due to potentially hazardous conditions that they may be exposed to. You may elect to tell us how often cleaning services are required, or we can make a suggestion on necessary frequency based on the conditions of your facility, use, and number of employees using the facility each day. Though time we may suggest more or less visits as well as additional work to help improve the overall appearance of your site, the goal will always be to make your facility look its best. In addition to our flexible frequency, we are also flexible with the times that your facility can be cleaned. If you need a staff member of Alamo Building Maintenance to be on site at your facility during working hours, we can do that. If you close at 5:00 and want us there at 5:15, we can do that. If you are open until 9:30 pm but don’t want cleaners there until 10:30 pm, we can do that.
