We in turn will contact you on a routine basis to follow up and ensure that you are pleased with our cleaning services and work with you through constant communication to keep your facility the best it can be.

 

Staff

Our highly skilled staff members are hand selected and trained in all aspects of the cleaning industry. Each employee goes through a background check prior to employment and is placed in a facility conducive to their individual talents and personality. All Alamo Building Maintenance staff members wear uniforms for identification as well as for safety and security purposes.

 

Quality Control

Ensuring complete customer satisfaction is our ultimate goal. At Alamo Building Maintenance, we accomplish this goal by monitoring the performance of each of our employees. Depending on the size of the facility, we may appoint an onsite supervisor to coordinate the duties of all of our employees on that site and check their work on a daily basis. For smaller facilities, a roving crew inspects the facility to ensure quality. Either way, a representative of Alamo Building Maintenance is responsible for checking on the cleanliness of each account to ensure you get exactly what you are paying for. This quality control procedure ensures complete customer satisfaction.

 

Security

Building security is taken very seriously at Alamo Building Maintenance. Each and every night, all lights will be turned off, appropriate doors will be closed and locked, and the security system will be armed. Only select team members have access to building keys and alarm codes.

 

Insurance

Alamo Building Maintenance complies with all local, federal and state regulations according to the rules set forth by the state of Texas. We are fully insured to protect both our interests as well as yours.

 

Safety

Each and every employee of Alamo Building Maintenance is made familiar to their surroundings and what to do in case of an emergency prior to site placement. We constantly provide training on new equipment and access to MSDS sheets for cleaning chemicals. In addition, some of our customers require our employees to undergo individual training at their facility due to potentially hazardous conditions that they may be exposed to. We are more than happy to comply with any and all of your company’s rules and regulations regarding safety. In addition, emergency contact phone numbers that can be reached 24 hours a day are provided to you should any unforeseen events occur in your facility.

Flexible Frequency

At Alamo Building Maintenance, we can tailor a specific schedule to fit the needs of your company. You may elect to tell us how often cleaning services are required, or we can make a suggestion on necessary frequency based on the conditions of your facility, use, and number of employees using the facility each day. Though time we may suggest more or less visits as well as additional work to help improve the overall appearance of your site, the goal will always be to make your facility look its best. In addition to our flexible frequency, we are also flexible with the times that your facility can be cleaned. If you need a staff member of Alamo Building Maintenance to be on site at your facility during working hours, we can do that. If you close at 5:00 and want us there at 5:15, we can do that. If you are open until 9:30 pm but don’t want cleaners there until 10:30 pm, we can do that.
